Approaching the first 100 days of trump and the world seems to be on fire. Well, not really, but if you’re a progressive or in the media , you’ll claim it to be. However, it isn’t just limited to progressive media types, conservatives and MAGA supporters seem to fall into the same camp. Albeit, for the opposite reason.

Yes, there has been a lot of developing news, Executive Orders, Ukraine, Israel, DOGE, Deportations, Educations, and USAID but in the end, its all window dressing.

We are all still sheep, falling for this bullshit. While it can be argued that all of the current administration endeavors are favorable, its nowhere near enough for any meaningful change.

Too much money was printed, the debt and our entitlements are too large and our “institutions” are way too big to fail. Nobody, I mean, nobody has the political balls to acknowledge the world economic system is fucked, government is too big and our traditional American dream is essentially over.

Now, I’m sure, you’re reading this and know of examples of yourself or people in your lives that contradict what I just wrote. That’s the grift. We have the virtual equivalent of lottery winners masquerading as proof.

Don’t fucking believe me? Well, think about it. Making a great salary, doesn’t make you “wealthy” anymore. Sure, you can have nice shit, but can you buy your dream house? Can you retire early and maintain your lifestyle? Can you really invest?

Now you’ll say, “Idiot, of course, I a buy a house” Oh really? Where? How much? Can you pay massive property taxes indefinitely? “I can invest”. In a 401K, sure but what else?

Since when has being a millionaire not been enough? how did we get so many billionaires? why? Everything got top heavy and out of balance.

Whose fault is it? the Billionaire? NO! It’s the government system. Capitalism? NO! It is a perverted form of Capitalism, I call it Corprotism.

Corprotism is what we are now. Large companies in heavy regulated industries that continuously grow and funnel control and capital upwards.

The result, a shrinking but placated middle class, manipulated lower class and an immunized elite class.

DOGE can’t fix this. In the past, economic downturns did. This time, it cannot. Why? cause the culprits are too Large. Banks, Hedge funds and Corporations are too large too diverse to break apart or to divest assets.

I want to stress, again, that I don’t blame them. I don’t think it’s about being evil, bad or any other talking point liberal bullshit narrative. Its simply the result of a failed experiment in economic policy.

Leading into the 60s, 70s and mostly 80s capitol(money) was linked to production. Producers of goods/services generate capitol and spent it with other such producers. Then a new wave of producers started to emerge. What did these producers make? The capitol itself. All on paper, of course, with no good/service to back it. They used this type of production took over markets all over the world, with no viable competition other that other capitol producers.

Sure, someone will comment about some fuckstick who made it big. Of course, there will be outliers and singular success stories. However, think of any industry or market in America. Usually, 1-3 companies control 80%-90% of it.

So while Trump and DOGE’s heart is in the right place, the ship is way too big to course correct with such little paddling. Especially, when you consider that there is no guarantee it will continue beyond Trump’s 4 year term.
